1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Nama Studios' services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services Description
Nama Studios provides marketing services including but not limited to branding, digital marketing, guerrilla marketing, affiliate marketing, and related creative services. The specific scope of services will be outlined in individual client agreements.
3. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, and intellectual property created by Nama Studios remain our property until full payment is received. Upon full payment, agreed-upon deliverables and rights will be transferred as specified in the service agreement.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and necessary materials required for project completion. Delays caused by lack of client input may affect project timelines and deliverables.
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of services. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of our business relationship. This obligation continues after the termination of services.
7. Limitation of Liability
Nama Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific services in question.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in the service agreement. Upon termination, payment for work completed up to that point becomes due immediately.
9. Changes to Terms
Nama Studios reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
